You can call the FedEx Customer Service Team on 1.800.463.3339. Alternatively, you can schedule for your package to be collected via their website or you can drop the package off at a FedEx location - you can find the closest one here.
You can call your local DHL center. Alternatively, you can schedule for your package to be collected via their website or you can drop the package off at a DHL shipping point - you'll find the closest one here. You may need our DHL account number to ship your return:

- 965794448 for shipments from a country other than Italy

3. Please remember to note down the package's tracking number. You will find it on the label and you can use it to track the status of your return on the courier's website.
