All shipments are insured for theft and accidental damage during the time they are in transit from our warehouse to the delivery address.
Once the shipment is delivered to the correct address and a delivery proof exists (signature) they are not covered by insurance anymore.
If you notice that your package is damaged when it is being delivered, we advise you to reject the delivery or to write a note when you sign in which you specify that you are accepting a damaged package.
