If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the following steps:

If you cannot find your order in your account, please create your RAN here as an unregistered customer. Fill in the form with the information requested, including: the details of each item, the quantity of items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.

2. Fill in the Return Proforma Invoice (RPI) which is included in your package. Place it outside the parcel.

3. Attach the adhesive label received in the original package outside of the box
