In accordance with consumer protection legislation, you may exercise your right to return purchased products without incurring any penalty and without the need to provide any reason, by informing DOUBLEJ S.r.l. within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received them from LadoubleJ.com.
To return a purchase, the items must meet the following conditions:
- The items must be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with all original tags still attached and intact and the original packaging included
- The items must be included in an undamaged shipping box, preferably the one in which the order was received
- The items must be returned from the same country where the order was delivered
Please bear in mind that the actual color of our products may be slightly different from the one you see online due to the monitor’s display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on LaDoubleJ.com. However, as the colors depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
Please note that most of our prints are all over hence the position of the pattern may slightly vary from the items that appear on LaDoubleJ.com.
